Free cancellation of a booked tour (all types of tours) and a full refund are possible 30 days before the start of the tour (local time, UTC +5). In this case, a 100% refund will be made.

However, this bonus option does not apply to those who booked a tour during this period (within 30 days before the start of the tour).

If the tour is cancelled less than 30 days before its start, the amount paid will be refunded minus the deposit.

Any changes to the tour product or other conditions of the Booking Request are permitted by agreement of the Parties no later than 48 hours before the start of the tour.

Book now - pay later, 72 hours before the tour start or on the first day of the tour.

Tourists who book (register) in advance for a group shared tour can make a deposit of just 10% of the tour cost to sign up for the tour

The balance (90%) should be paid due 72 hours before the tour start (via accepted payment methods) or on the first day of the tour (in cash).

However, registration (booking) must be completed no later than 30 days before the tour start.
